– ODM disputes the Molo results a few minutes later. The ECK returning officer is brought in with a different result on the form 16 A. All hell is breaking lose. Ruto wants the returning officer to read his tally.

New development:
An officer working with ECK admits in front of international media that rigging has been taking place. Instead of recording the actual votes from the field as captured in form 16A, ECK staff are topping up Kibaki’s votes with 10K, 15K . IT department heavily involved. Kivuitu does not have a clue what is happening behind the scenes
