AOB: Rising Voices has announced their second round of grant funding of up to $5,000 for citizen media outreach projects…”Ideal applicants will present innovative and detailed proposals to teach citizen media techniques to communities that are poorly positioned to discover and take advantage of tools like blogging, video-blogging, and podcasting on their own.” Deadline to apply is November 30th. This is a great outreach initiative and I’d love to see more projects from Africa being funded.
Surprisingly I would have missed this video if I did not have seen it on your blog!
