This was taken a little over a week ago. She’d spent the last few weeks insisting on sitting up, she seriously caused if you didn’t hold her sitting straight up…so I found a new use for the breastfeeding pillow a friend had given me and everyone was happy.
Her cheeks are tooooooo sweet. How long does she sleep for now? the whole night or 7hrs ? How about during the day? they say two 4 hrs sleep at her age, but how is her day sleeping pattern? When do you plan on introducing solids?
Hey, I’ve started solids. Mostly rice cereal. Carrots weren’t a hit, sweet potatoes big hit. Sleeps max 5 hours, more typical 4 hours at night before she wants to dish. During the day naps 2-3 times.
Your baby is a beautiful African child but why do u keep posting her photos on the internet?
I’m tempted to ignore, but I have to ask…your issue with me posting her pictures is what exactly?
What a cutie! She is growing fast! what are you feeding her?
She’s on formula now, and we experiment with solids once a day.
Please keep posting photos, Ory – it’s wonderful for those of us not in Jo’burg to get to watch Gabi grow…

Gabby’s pictures make my day please keep posting. Even the bible says a lamp should not be hid under the table where it cannot be seen. Let her beauty radiate on all of us so that we can all share in the joy she is to the world.

I have stolen your innovation with the pillow and run with it. My little man is loving it and so am I.
I started him on solids yesterday (at 19weeks), uji to be specific. A bit apprehensive about it all… but watch this space.
