Why has no one arrested Ntimama yet?

Posted by Ory Okolloh in Kenyan Politics

The incriminating clip can be watched here.

Where is Alfred-full-page-color-press-ad-against-war-criminals Mutua? Not to mention politicians from both sides? This is the kind of loose talk that will get the country into trouble a few months from now.

Don’t the police have nothing better to do rather than arrest and beat up activists (before they even march no less!), or stop the People’s parliament from

Wondered the same. And the story didn’t even feature in any of the two major dailies.
    Strange, very strange.

the civil organisations, ODM are all pretenders, they should be leading this war. but since its not someone from mount Kenya, it can be swept under the carpet

They showed the clip over the weekend at the end of the “bulls eye” humor piece. But more should be made of it.

The press, especially NTV, are trying to bury this story. All who believe in a free and responsible press should make sure it stays alive.

It’s not fair to go after Timama when Kibaki the trouble causer is still in power. May you see the light.

Is Ntimama statement unfortunate (YES) but does warrant an arrest (NO). He is telling the Kipsigsi that if they cannot negotiate in good faith then nothing sort of War is going to solve the issue.
Ntimama may be a uncouth politician but he is not stupid.

Until some communities in kenya and their leaders think they can steam roll on others the war won’t be solved. I would rather have Ntimama any day that face the SLDF type of operations. At least Ntimama believes in political process FIRST
