He is telling the Kipsigsi that if they cannot negotiate in good faith then nothing sort of War is going to solve the issue. Ntimama may be a uncouth politician but he is not stupid. Until some communities in kenya and their leaders think they can steam roll on others the war won't be solved. I would rather have Ntimama any day that face the SLDF type of operations. At least Ntimama believes in political process FIRST Is Ntimama statement unfortunate (YES) but does warrant an arrest (NO).
