Gabby is adorable and I am so pleased to see she is happy and healthy (trust me after a trip to SCBU, healthy babies is something one can not take for granted. Last time I was there, we xrayed a baby who had been born with her intenstines outside her body)
Anyway, I picked up a great tip from one of the doctors. When it comes to trimming her nails, dont use a nail cutter. Slather them with vaseline then gently file them down.
Additionally, have you considered other alternatives to milk? there has been alot of research on the suitability of cows milk for babies and indeed humans. Let me know if you are interested and I will send you some links.
Stay well mama.

my daughter doesn’t like carrots either (she’s 6 months) and, in fact, we believe there was an allergic reaction possibly caused by the carrots we attempted to feed to her. and she will only eat cereal if i mash up either banana or plum and add it along with milk. she loves it!
